Online Orders of Christmas Hampers
From October 2024, our Christmas Hampers will be offered online each season. We are pleased to offer online shopping and delivery, or Click + Collect, for selected premium gift boxes and baskets.
For fresh hampers, special sets, cakes, and other gourmet finds from our Deli, Butcher, Baker, Barista, Juicer, or Fishmonger, please visit our stores.
When we begin to offer more online options for you, the following guidelines and rates apply.
Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. On public holidays, your order will be processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday).
The daily cut-off time for orders to dispatch the next day, is 12 noon
We appreciate your patience during the busy season as processing may require more time depending on order size and order type.
Ordering Gifts for Direct Delivery to Recipients
When entering your address, be sure to enter your postcode correctly. We ship directly to you, or to a recipient of your choice.
If you'd like to order and ship directly to multiple recipients, simply create a separate order for each gift recipient and enter their address in the shipping address section.
We are unable to split-ship to different recipients as each delivery requires its own airway bill, address label, and tracking record to ensure safe delivery.

If you cannot see a Delivery or Click + Collect service on the Check Out page, choose "Change my Address" and enter an area to search. If you do not know your postcode or zip code, check the guide here.

Delivery of Fresh or Frozen Produce
We currently do not offer delivery of fresh or frozen products due to risk of spoilage in extreme weather conditions. Please visit one of our stores or call and arrange a special order for pick up.
Ordering In Store and Requesting Delivery
If you are shopping in store, you may be able to request delivery from the store Guest Services staff. The staff will confirm if the items you have chosen are eligible for delivery, and will provide a quotation for transport.
