Welcome to Joel's Place Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). In this section, we hope to provide you with extensive answers to the most often asked questions about our products and services.

Our first store is at Rockwell Proscenium Retail Row. We are open every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

In-store, we accept cash and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept wallet payments such as GCash and Maya.

Joel's Place is designed for casual express dining and shopping, so we currently do not take reservations. Round tables can be used for a minimum of 2-4 people, while benches and counters can be enjoyed by 1 or more persons. Share a seat and make a friend!

We love pets but unfortunately, pets must remain outside Joel's Place. You may make use of our outdoor tables if available.

Currently, delivery services are not available.

If you call our store to request a special order, they will coordinate an in-store pick up time with you.

Yes, you can purchase physical Gift Cards right here online.

Yes, we offer gift boxing in-store. Approach any of our staff at the Gift Bar to see the sizing options of Joel's Place gift boxes. To reduce waste, we do not offer paper gift wrapping.

For grocery items, please contact our store in person or by phone on +63 2 8899 7034 as soon as the item is received and you notice a problem, or up to 2 days after your purchase.

Our team will be happy to assist you with an exchange or replacement if required. If an item is not available for replacement, a store credit or refund may be offered.

For food service items, if you detect a problem with your meal, please let our staff know and they'll be happy to address your needs in the store. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on food service items including ready-to-go meals and takeaway.
