At Joel's Place, we prioritize your health and wellbeing. Our food is prepared with the highest standards of quality and safety. For your dietary needs, please inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific food preferences when ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
For optimal quality and safety, we recommend consuming take-out food promptly. If food will not be consumed at once, please refrigerate immediately.
If you choose to take our meals or products home, we cannot be responsible for issues that may arise from improper handling or storage after the food leaves our establishment. We recommend consuming your food within these suggested guidelines for the best experience.
Food Service
If you are unsatisfied with your dine-in meal, please let our staff know right away and they'll be happy to address your concerns in the store. For takeout food, please report any concerns, including missing items, by contacting our store within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

Grocery
For grocery items, please contact our store for any concerns up to 2 days after your purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you with an exchange or a replacement, if required. If an item is not available for replacement, a store credit or refund may be offered.
Online Orders
You may exchange gifts and packaged grocery items in store within 7 days of receiving your order provided it is un-opened, un-used, un-consumed, and in its original packaging. Please present your online order confirmation as proof of purchase and our staff will be happy to assist you.
