Please note: We can hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes. Tables can be occupied for up to 2.5 hours. A corkage fee will be charged for bringing in outside food and beverage.

We love pets but unfortunately, pets must remain outside Joel's Place. You may make use of our outdoor tables if available.

Yes, you can purchase physical Gift Cards online.

Yes, we offer gift boxing in-store. Approach any of our staff at the Gift Bar to see the sizing options of Joel's Place gift boxes. To reduce waste, we do not offer paper gift wrapping.

Yes, we’re pleased to offer select items for Click and Collect. You may choose between two convenient pickup options: In-store or Curbside. We’re working to expand our product selection, so stay tuned for more items coming soon!

Yes, just enter your 16-digit FSP Card Number in the FSP section at checkout to earn points. These will be credited to your account within 48 hours. Rustan’s FSP Terms & Conditions apply.

For grocery items: please contact our store in person or by phone as soon as the item is received and you notice a problem, or up to 2 days after your purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you with an exchange or replacement if required. If an item is not available for replacement, a store credit or refund may be offered.

For food service items: if you detect a problem with your meal, please let our staff know and they'll be happy to address your needs in the store. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on food service items including ready-to-go meals and takeaway.

For online purchases and seasonal products such as Hampers, we do not offer refunds. You may exchange at a physical store within 7 days of receiving your order. Please present your online order confirmation.
