Order Tracking + Notifications

Online Orders for Delivery

If you have placed an online order with us, you will be sent a tracking notification. The notification will contain the tracking link and/or number so you can monitor your delivery as it gets closer to the destination.

Notifications will only be sent to the email address or mobile phone number you provided, so please take care to enter the digits or email address correctly. We may also need to contact you about your order using the same information you entered.

Online Orders for Click + Collect

For Click + Collect, our team works hard to process your order quickly, but we may need time to prepare your order. To avoid inconvenience, please wait for the collection notification. This will be an email or mobile phone message stating your order is ready for pick up in-store. 

We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving it, however we appreciate your patience especially during the busy season. Click + Collect orders may require longer depending on the items. Please read the information on each product page and at Check Out.

Store Orders

Special orders or other purchases made in store may be arranged for delivery at the store. The Guest Services associate working on your order will provide any relevant tracking and delivery information.
