Click + Collect
Our Click + Collect Service will be available to customers who order online this Christmas!
From November 1 to midnight December 15, 2024, you can save time and stress by ordering online gifts from Joel's Place. We are offering our range of premium gift boxes and baskets to suit every budget and your special recipient.
- At the Check Out you can choose Delivery or Click + Collect for eligible products.
- Click + Collect will be displayed for either our Rockwell Proscenium store, or our Glorietta 4 Makati store.
- Select the store you prefer to pick up from, and proceed to the next screen to enter your payment details securely.
- When your order is ready to be collected at the Makati store, you'll be notified by email or SMS. Please note: We never ask for your credit card or banking details when we contact you by email or SMS, please beware of scams.
- Our stores are open daily until 9pm (Mon - Thursday) or 10pm (Fri-Sun), and you are welcome to pick up anytime. Just present your order confirmation on your phone or via paper print out.
Important Tip!
If you have products in your cart which you prefer delivered, remember to separate Click+Collect items into a separate order and select 'Pickup in store' at check out. This will allow items in your delivery order to be weighed and calculated accurately.
Authorisation to Collect
You may also send a person to collect on your behalf, as long as their full name is noted in the order notes when you check out. They must also bring and present a valid photo-bearing ID, and the email confirmation receipt showing the order number.
