In the rare event that a refund is to be issued for an online purchase, a refund is processed via our secure online systems. However, banks and payment providers have their own guidelines for processing on their end. Therefore, you may experience a delay in receiving the funds in your account.
 
General guidelines for timeframe to clear funds are 5 to 15 days according to PayMaya, Amex, Visa and Mastercard. It can be up to 30 days depending on your bank.
